ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OUR SERVICES, OR ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH US, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

14. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, for any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any Agent Agreement, and other applicable agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and Treu Agency regarding the Site.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

17.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing waiver. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign freely.
